Your Responsibilities – Shaping the Future with Vision and Accountability

Joint leadership of the CML function in Romania in close collaboration with the Business Unit Manager Legal, ensuring governance through a dual-control (four-eyes) principle
Strategic setup, development, and continuous optimization of the Contract Management function within CML
Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with internal project stakeholders
Ensuring excellence in service delivery, focusing on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement
Full responsibility for financial management, including workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting
Leading, developing, and empowering a high-performing expert team across multiple locations
Promoting a culture of open communication, transparency, and effective conflict resolution
Driving the implementation of ESG and digitalisation initiatives in line with CML’s strategic priorities
