Description & Requirements

Tasks
  • Responsible for financial activities within STRABAG Real Estate with a main focus on cost controlling, reporting and accounting.
  • Financial project management (including feasibility calculations, agreements, etc.) in all phases of a real estate project.
  • Managing multiple ongoing projects and supporting in the acquisition of new projects.
  • Creditor and debtor management.
  • Coordination of tasks at the interface with internal shared service providers for accounting as well as internal legal advisors.
