Responsible for financial and commercial activities within STRABAG Real Estate with main focus on cost accounting
Project controlling and reporting including management support of SPVs
Financial project management for dedicated residential real estate projects including financially and commercially relevant contractual arrangements
Preparation and review of feasibility calculations for projects in acquisition and in realization phase
Coordination of tasks on interface with internal shared service providers for accounting as well as internal legal advisors
Creditor and – debitor management
