Responsible for financial activities within STRABAG Real Estate with a main focus on cost controlling, reporting and accounting.
Financial project management (including feasibility calculations, agreements, etc.) in all phases of a real estate project.
Managing multiple ongoing projects and supporting in the acquisition of new projects.
Creditor and debtor management.
Coordination of tasks at the interface with internal shared service providers for accounting as well as internal legal advisors.
