Verification, approval, and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring compliance with internal procedures; software: AS4U / Invoice4U
Issuance of invoices to clients and other contracting parties; software: AS4U / Invoice4U
Participation in negotiations for subcontracts, supply contracts, purchase orders, service contracts, and other agreements according to internal procedures; drafting and preparing contract award proposals, contracts, and addendums according to templates and corporate guidelines
Cost accounting for assigned projects according to corporate guidelines, including accruals and reporting to commercial group leader
Quarterly forecasting of projects’ performance and results in cooperation with project manager and technical controller; analysis, monitoring, and reporting of project budgets, costs, and revenues; preparation of commercial and financial reports for management
Verification of compliance with internal procedures and applicable legislation (for commercial project activities)
Preparation of commercial correspondence to clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other partners
